As I mentioned, there is a dll file to be able to spawn multiplayer cars in singleplayer, it may still work, but if that's not the solution, there's still a way after the update to spawn DLC cars, many have already gotten Deluxo and Stromberg in singleplayer.

^ And yes, using ENT 35 + spawn mp vehicles works to pop'm by name.

https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/mp-vehicles-in-sp I've found does the trick, only thing I need to do now is find a trainer that either let's you manually spawn them in or has them listed already. The one I'm using only let's me spawn things in up to somewhere around the stunt update. I'm going to start testing them now but I'd appriciate if anyone pointed me towards one they knew worked

you can either use it standalone by typing in the name of a vehicle in the cheats txt window, or use your regular trainer/native trainer and use the trainer's spawner.

(not all trainers will be updated with a recent vehicles list so look in the mp vehicles log file for the vehicle name if you cant find it in your trainer's spawner)

https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav I use this trainer and MPInSP.dll and all I have to type in for manual spawning for spawning is Deluxo, Stromberg, Thruster, etc.

this one is decent aswell.

(i'd use the mp vehicles in sp script too. just to keep an upto date txt hash/name list of all the vehicles and for a quick spawn using the txt window every now and again)
